Terminal Burghausen

Specifications:
Construction of a new rainwater pipe and ductwork as well as the construction of 5 new rail trays including seals in accordance with VAwS (regulation for facilities handling substances hazardous for water) at the intermodal transport terminal in Burghausen.

Execution:

Construction of new rainwater pipe and ductwork:

  • Earth movement: 25,000 m³
  • Pipework: PE 100 to DN 1400: 1,000 m
  • Ductwork: approx. 6,000 m
  • Shaft constructions made of PE 100 up to DN 2500: 16 pcs.
  • Shaft constructions made of concrete up to DN 2000: 10 pcs.
  • Throttle structures made of in-situ concrete volume 40 m³
  • Extinguishing water tank made of in-situ concrete volume 400 m³
  • Cable chambers up to size VII: 25 pcs.
  • Booster station pumping quantity: 1 pcs.
  • Sedimentation basin made of concrete volume 200 m³: 1 pcs.
  • Earth reservoir volume 10,000 m³: 1 pcs.

Construction of 5 new rail trays incl. seal:

  • Earth movement 40,000 m³
  • Prefabricated concrete parts - approx. 800 pcs.
  • Installation of edge stones - approx. 630 m
  • Cable duct - approx. 700 m
  • Installation of grit/melted asphalt and grit/asphalt: approx. 11,350 m³
  • Sewer pipe PE 80 to DA 315: 1,100 m
  • Shaft constructions PE 100 bis DN 1000: 5 pcs.
  • Porosit semi-shells made of concrete DN 400: 1,210 m
  • Cable chambers up to size VII: 23 pcs.
